Submission instructions

  1. The Revue only accepts manuscripts submitted in format MS Word.
  2. The manuscripts must be 1.5-spaced, in Times New Roman 12-point font.
  3. Manuscripts should contain between 3 000 and 20 000 words and should be accompanied by a short summary (100-150 words) a biographical note detailing the name of the author, his/her present title (as applicable), the university to which he/she is attached and the address at which he/she may be contacted as well as a list of four or five keywords.
  4. Authors are responsible for the presentation of their manuscripts and the correctness of their sources. References should conform to the Guide des références pour la rédaction juridique by Didier Lluelles (9th ed., Montreal, Les Éditions Thémis, 2017) or with the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation edited by the McGill Law Journal (9th ed., Montréal, Éditions Yvon Blais, 2018).
  5. The Revue does not dispose of the resources necessary to effect major revisions to manuscripts. The Editorial Committee therefore reserves the right to return a manuscript that requires too many corrections to its author for revision.
